FRIEZE - Zineb Sedira Review

Zineb Sedira’s Can’t You See The Sea Changing? is currently on view at De La Warr Pavillion at Bex-Hill-on-Sea. This marks Sedira’s first solo exhibition in a UK institution for over 12 years.

It focuses on Sedira’s ongoing investigation into the conditions of transnational trade, identity and migrant consciousness in a post-colonial context, within which the sea is a recurring motif.

The exhibition follows her success at this year’s Venice Biennale, with her work Dreams Have No Titles at the French Pavilion.
